Our Story:

Zach and Caleb Suddaby, started Suddabee's Honey in their parents backyard when they were just kids. Their love for nature and passion for all things Vermont Made quickly turned this hobby into a business.  In the fall of 2014, they decided to share the honey their family had been enjoying for years with the rest of the world. With the support of friends and family, they buzzed into action selling more honey and bees then they could imagine.

Chelsea Hostetter, quickly grew a passion for bees as well, but also has a love for all natural products and essential oils. She also has a huge passion for kids, and continues to develop kid friendly, all natural products to benefit them. When she is not spending her time with children, you can often find her inspecting bee hives or making "Suddabee's" products. Chelsea, also deals with customer service, invoices, emails, and phone calls.

Our goal is to continue to grow so we can help maintain the insect responsible for keeping Vermont’s plants pollinated. We also want to continue raising healthy, disease free bees, so that you can raise them as well. Of course, we love sharing honey so your family can enjoy it as well.

Caleb, with a 6-7lb swarm. The Bees were 50+ feet up in a cedar tree. Caleb climbed the tree, tied a rope to the branch, cut the branch and lowered them to me on a ladder. See below picture.
